Before I begin this segment of the rants section, I just want to let you know that I will have a new column up on the site very soon. To check to see if it is there yet, click here. I haven't written a full-fledged column in a long time, so I hope to entertain...Mick Foley was a guest on the nationally syndicated Don and Mike show earlier this afternoon. I tuned into the show real late and only heard a little bit of information. What I heard was mainly small talk about his new Halloween book. He said that there is alot of inside stuff included...Hulk Hogan, according to an official Acclaim press release, will be headlining the company's upcoming Playstation 2 and Nintendo Gamecube venture "Legends Of Wrestling." The game (which is most likely still in development stages) will include legendary wrestlers such as Bret Hart, RickY Steamboat, Terry Funk, and others. (Close to 40 in number.) This game should be a revolutionary title for all of the classic wrestling fans out there...Eddie Guerrero was apparently released from rehab this week. It is believed that he will be headed into HWA to regain his timing before returning to the WWF...WWF has changed the name of their December PPV due to the WTC attack one month ago. They have renamed it Vengeance...HWA and OVW, the two top WWF development territories were given drug tests recently. Apparently the wrestlers had no problems and preliminary reports are that no one failed...Kappa Publishing, who publish the world famous Pro Wrestling Illustrated have bought the rights of World Of Wrestling Magazine out of a Chicago courtroom. They were the only bidders in the auction so it is possible that they could have paid less than the opening bid...Shinya Hashimoto could be participating in the NWA 53rd Anniversary show versus Steve Corino after all. It's believed that the reason for the previous cancellation was the anthrax scare taking place in Florida. They have apparently deemed it safe to go their and perform the match...Chris Adams' funeral took place early this morning in Irving TX...NWA WV/Ohio ran a show 5 days ago from Parkersburg, WV.
