Chapter Eleven

In honor of George's return, the girls decided to go out to eat at Chez Louis, a fancy French restaurant near their house.

Because they went to school with the maitre'd, they were able to get a table in the private dining room.

It was a good thing, too.

They were laughing and talking so much, that they might have gotten kicked out.

Luckily, the only other group that had reservations in that room was not there yet.

"You did not!" Erika exclaimed.

"I did! I couldn't stand there and hear her complain that someone had done something to her dress when she had spent the past three days gorging on doughnuts and pastries from the bakery. So I flat out told her that she should try to figure out who the culprit was while using the treadmill for about three days. She was so mad at me, but I couldn't help it!"

George had tears of laughter running down her face as she recounted her tale.

Amanda was crying from laughing so hard that she did not notice the other party arrive. So when the familiar male voice spoke, she jumped.

"Really, Amanda, you don't have to cry, we're here now!"

She turned in her seat to see Nick standing behind her.

Her friends were all staring at him in shock, especially Liv.

"Nick! What are you doing here?"

He pointed to the people at his table.

"The guys and I decided to go out to dinner, and Kevin chose this place. He heard that the seafood is incredible."

"Well, he's right about the food. Why don't you bring them over here so I can introduce my speechless friends."

Nick grinned at the girls, "Okay. Hey guys! Come here!"

Obviously, they heard Amanda's request, for when Nick turned around, they were right there, smiling at the table of girls.

Smiling right back, the girls stood up to make the introductions easier.

"Girls, these are the Backstreet Boys: Kevin, Howie, A.J., Brian, and Nick. Guys, these are my housemates: Lindsey, Olivia, Erika, and Georgia."

Everyone just smiled as Amanda went around the circle.

"Why don't we move over to that bigger table over there," Brian suggested. "We can all sit together, unless this is a private party."

"Sounds good to me!" Liv blushed when she realized how anxious she sounded.

The others just laughed and moved their place settings over to the larger table.
