2-Cups Milk of Human Kindness
4 Heaping tsp. Time and Patience
Pinch of Warm Personality
Dash of Dry Humour
Spice of Life
Here are the directions for mixing these things.
Keep on hand, the results much happiness brings
Measure words carefully;
add understanding to human kindness
Sift together 3 times before using.
Use generous amounts of time and patience and cook slowly
keep temeratures low; do not bloil
Add a dash of dry humour, a pinch of warm personality and
season to taste with the spice of life.

Cream of Potato
10 large potatoes
Chicken stock
Milk
Parsley, Salt and Pepper
Peel and clean potoatoes, cut into small chunks
and barely cover with Chicken Stock (reserving some)
Boiling gently until tender, once tender turn heat on low
add Chicken Stock
With hand Blender puree the Potatoes
Add Salt and Pepper and Parsley to taste
Slow Stir in warm Milk and simmer for 15 minutes
When serving top with Herb Croutons, Grated Cheddar Cheese
Or Any other Favorite Cheese
