Rotory Alto Horn
Just found this on the web page of the AMATI insturment company. They make all kinds of brass instuments, including this right belled rotory alto horn, and the left belled rotory horn. I know they look like the same picture reversed, but I got them from the web page. If you look closely at the bell reflections, they are indeed different.
