Dangerous Kisses
In a candle lit room I place his hand to my breast,
as I press my cold form to his.
He gently caresses, closing his eyes;
as I lead him away from life.
I take one black nail and drag it down the center of his chest,
his shirt falls to the ground.
I run my tongue over his sweet flesh,
feeling my sustenance pulse through his veins.
I lift my hand slowly to untie a satin ribbon
as he pushes my dress to the floor.
I press my bare chest to his and
my fingernails dig into his back
as our lips meet in the first rapturous kiss.
His pants find their way off.
I run my right leg lingeringly
up and down his left.
I undo another ribbon, so my hair
becomes a raven flood down to my waist.
We spill on to the bed, tripping and tumbling,
his sigh has become a pant.
Bodies move in sync, the melody of
touch echoing touch.
I feel him shift.
I stop him with a quick cross of my legs.
He peers down at me as I put my finger to his lips.
"You musn't speak, only listen".
He begins to shiver and I pull her ear to my lips
to whisper words I have uttered countless times before.
'Tonight you answered my hungry call
and for this decision you shall fall
any pain, I shall drain it all.
'You see, no mere woman am I
as I run my fingers up your thighs
see your death in my eyes.
'You shall linger in my mind
I will remember those left behind
when your spent body they find.
'Now that you have taken the risk
I hope that you enjoyed our tryst
take from me my bloody kiss.'
