Trekkerville without frames--still very cool
The *ABSOLUTE BEST* TNG page around
Voyager gets my vote as a close second. It comes close to being first because it's still coming out with new episodes.
I like Voyager because you know they're not going to make it home, but you're still pulling for them.
Perhaps the primary reason I like Voyager is the relationship between Paris and Torres (commonly referred to as pt). The pt relationship is absolutely wonderful. It's cause for giddiness.
I've been fixated with this relationship since they first hinted at it. To see my Voyager (review) page, click here.
DS9 stopped airing where I live, which is too bad. I really would have liked to have seen Worf and Dax get married. I heard about it from people on AOL, and it sounded pretty good. Too bad I missed it...
I've seen two and a half episodes of the original series, and I'm not a big fan of William Shatner. I think that about sums it up.
Peter David is the god of writing. Well, maybe that's a little extreme. If you don't know who he is, go get yourself a copy of "Imzadi." Then you will know. You will understand, and you, too, will worship
the writing skills of this genius.
Also, I highly recommend "Q-Squared." It combines Trelane, Q, and three different sets of Enterprise crew members from different realities. One is normal. In one, Jack Crusher lived and Wesley died. Jack and Bev got divorced. Jack's the Enterprise's captain with Picard as second in command.
The third reality is basically a continuation of that seen in "Yesterday's Enterprise." Lots of desitny involved in that one. Only read while paying attention. Otherwise, it may get very confusing.
"Q-In-Law" is a lighter Peter David book, as is "A Rock and a Hard Place." Both are great reads.
In terms of Star Trek movies, First Contact kicks...um...boo-tocks. It's the best, without a doubt.
