Toronto Hanson Concert

Ok, well the concert started at around 7:30pm but of course there was the opening band, and friends of the guys, Admiral Twin. They were really good but everyone was so excited to see Hanson that it was hard to pay attention. Once they had finished people started setting up the stage for Hanson and they came on at 8:30. Just before they came on Walker came onstage to film us all screaming and he seemed to be enjoying himself!
Well you'd think that I would rememeber the exact order of everything but I don't so the songs are not in exact order but close enough. Hanson came on. Tay was wearing jeans and a lime green shirt but he took it off right away and was wearing a white t-shirt. Zac was wearing a white t-shirt also and black pants and Ike was wearing a brown shirt and to tell you the truth I can't remember what pants. Note: Tay took over the drums in the middle of one of the songs so Zac could go throw stuff into the crowd but (GASP!) I can't remember what song.:0(

Gimme Some Lovin
Well they opened with this song and although I know it sounded good that's about all I can tell you because the crowd was SO loud it was hard to hear. Oh by the way the setting was these "knife" light things with the Albertane Tour sing hanging in the air and the Hanson symbol on the ground.

Where's The Love
They did the long version of this song and it sounded really good. But on the second verse they dropped it quite a bit lower and I'm not sure if it was a mistake or not. Weird Well, as soon as I heard Tay's piano intro I knew I would love this song but I was so excited I can't remember everything. Zac's voice is sounding even lower and that was the first song that you could hear it on.Everyone was freaking out and had there lighters out and were sawying and that stuff, it was really cool.

River
This song sounded really cool, although I'm sure I'll say that for ever song they sang. They sang the new added part and it sounded alot like on the video. The crowd went wild when Ike did his guitar solo and he stepped forward closer to the crowd.

Thinking Of You
This was the last song they sang before they changed the set. It sounded alot like their performance on Letterman and Zac did that thing again where he swallowed his words in his solo part but they still sounded great.

Hanson left the stage and they now changed the set. They lowered the ALbertane Tour sign and brought a smaller drum set, a different keyboard a chair and a garage backdrop. Most of these songs were acoustic. (this is where I begin to loose precise order)

Stories
This song was really cool to hear since they sound so different now then on 3 Car Garage. But sounded the same with the same soul and cuteness!

Solider
I was surprised they sang this song for some reason but I was glad they did. They pulled it off with no problem sounding just like they did on 3 Car Garage telling the story of a "one legged solider". I really couldn't find anytime that they messed up or sounded different on this song at all.

Sometimes
I was thrilled when they started singing this song! I love it! They sounded so cute! They switched around the verses a little singing the second first and the first second but over al it was the same.

With You In Your Dreams
What can I say. They sunded incredible. My heart reached out to them when they began this song, they introduced it and explained why they wrote, I thought it was so sweet! As they sang they put alot of feeling and emotion into it and that's what captured the crowd.

Madeline
This song sounds so awesome acoustic! They made it longer too. At the end where they repeat the chorus they sounded like they had ended it and took a big pause but then sang it again.

At this time Taylor and Zac leave the stage leaving Isaac along on a dark set.

More Than Anything
I could not believe how great Ike sounded! I was so happy to hear him do a solo and what a great solo it was. Anyone who says Ike is charmless could be proved wrong here. He sang with incredible charm and a great voice.

Zac and Tay come back and the concert continues, no longer acoustic.

Man From Milwaukee

This song was very cool but since it wasn't acoustic Zac was playing the drums so he couldn't use his megaphone. But instead he just said that part in a really cute voice.

Speechless
I'd never heard this song live before and it was cool. It seemed quite a bit faster than usual but it was still great. you This of course "sounded cool".

Look At You
This too sounded great but a little different because it didn't have all the backup noises and stuff, but it sounded great on it's own.

I Will Come To You
I died on this song too. They sounded so perfect and sweet and Tay of course pointed to everyone at the end when he says "I will come to you" and everyone of course thought he was pointing to them in paticular and started freaking out. This sounded the same but everytime I hear it sounds better and I love it more.

Mmmbop
They sang this of course!!! It sounded great and the crowd was all into it. They didn't change annything big about it but it seemed a little longer.

Well Hanson said that was it for the night and left the stage but practically immeadiatly returned to sing a song and a half?

Summertime Blues
They sounded really funny in this song but in a great way. Isaac kept doing these funny voices and it was hilarious! Most people didn't seemed to know this song so everyone just clapped along.hanson seemed to really enjoy playing this one. They ended the concert doing a quick a cappela of a section of weird. That concert was the most incredible experience of my entire life and I will never forget it. It was a HUGE success attracting 16,000 screaming fans and gave Hanson a chance to show off their amazing talent and musical abilities.
