Notes:
Isaac, known as "Mit", was born about 1838. He had black hair, dark eyes, dark complexion, was 6'2" and weighed 210 lbs. He was a federal soldier in the Civil War. In 1862 he contracted Typhoid Fever affecting his back and in 1863, he contracted Small Pox crossing his eyes. Jim Hale, his stepson, said he had a fist the size of half a loaf of bread.
