Is dancing biblical?

Psalm 149:2-4a
Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; let the people of Zion be glad in their King. Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with tambourine and harp. For the LORD takes delight in his people;

Psalm 150
Praise the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.
Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre,
praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the strings and flute,
praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.
Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD.

What kind of dance do you do?

Israeli folk and contemporary worship music is combined with choreographed dances to produce a praise-and-worship type dance. They are circle dances stressing the equality of each person. No one person is exhalted so that only G-d is glorified. The point of dancing is not to showcase one's ability or style but to rejoice before the Lord.

Why do you dance?

I just can't help myself.

Did you ever get really good news that you just had to jump up and down about? I found out I am going to live forever.

Were you ever so happy that you thought you would burst? That is how I feel about God. He's my dad!

I get so excited I just can't hide it. I think about the verse that says "even the very rocks would cry out." I feel like if I don't dance, my heart and feet are going to explode and start earthquakes.

Come on, let's dance!
