"The authors investigate the rounding rules and precision in simple multiplication and division by statistical analysis. The method is simple but it does give some valuable and unexpected results and, in my opinion, can be useful for error analysis.  The paper is rather well organized and written in an easily understandable way, except there are some minor [typos].  Therefore, I found the paper suitable to be published in the Chinese Journal of Physics as it is."
