FROM THE PRESIDENT: First out of the shoot let me say a big thank you to all the folks who participated in our Annual Turkey Raffle. The "early bird" drawing winners were Ray Wagner, Bob Moore and Bob Murray. These names were drawn at the November 2nd board meeting due to the lack of notification and participation at our Oct. regular meeting. Plans are in place for the Annual Children's Christmas party on Sunday, December 13th. We vote on another new member this month. One new member each month would be a wonderful thing to see. Think about it people. Bring those new folks in. It's not too soon to start thinking about running for office in this organization. We are going to need many new folks to run our club, including one to replace "yours truly". Attend this month's meeting and get involved. We might even have some left over turkey tickets to give away. Don't miss out. See you on the 16th-- Jerry.
The attendance prize at the October meeting was claimed by Joel Schroeder. He put 20 big ones in his jeans. We start over with a ten spot at the November regular meeting.

Keep talking the hall up. We had one rental last month. With the holiday coming up we hope we can latch onto a rental or two. We still have the "best price" in town on rentals. If you hear of a planned shindig, have them call 662-7642 for all the good news of our low prices.

It was mentioned that Bill Rehn is, or was, under the weather. Our best go out to Bill for a speedy recovery. Have not heard of anyone else being ill. Stay well.

The Ed has not heard from Dick regarding the lunch for the November meeting so we'll just put it down as a surprise lunch. Does a surprise lunch include limburger, Dick? P.S. The Ed has heard from Dick and the lunch at the meeting in November will be turkey sandwiches along with some limburger Don't miss it.
ELECTIONS Chrpsn ?
It is that time of year again. The time of year where we canvass the members for people interested in running for an office. All of the offices are looking for candidates from the presidents office on down. Three (3) positions on the Board of Governors will have to be filled because of our rotating schedule. Give it some thought and be ready to volunteer.
OLDY'S BUT GOODY'S Chrpsn Bob Moore
There have been some changes in our meeting dates. Our November meeting will be a week early. The Oldy's will meet on the 3rd Friday in November which is the 20th. Our Christmas party is set for Friday the 18th of December. Not much else to report at this time. See you on Nov. 20th - - Bob
