Hello Again! This is my third monthly message to you and sometimes it feels as though I'm saying the same thing. COME TO THE MEETING MONDAY NIGHT, MAY 17th AT 8:00 P.M.
We have several important events in the upcoming months. Our first annual run/walk will be held in September. Thanks to the entire board of governors for agreeing to serve on the committee for this event. WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP!
Our annual Turkey Raffle will be the first Saturday in November; this year we return to the Cheviot Fieldhouse. Guess what...? WE NEED YOU!
Our July 19th meeting will be a family night picnic at Harvest Home Park.. We will have a cookout, games, prizes and fun. BUT... WE NEED YOU!
We had our Armchair Races on April 24th. Thanks to all who attended. Although we had a small crowd, we still came out slightly ahead. WE MISSED YOU!
The building cleanup crew did a great job on April 24th. Thanks to Bill Rehn, Chet Sonderman and the other members who helped. The place looks shiny and clean again. THEY MISSED YOU!

Publicity and News Lou Winston, Editor
I am well aware of the problem that occurred last month with newsletters addressed to postal zone 45211; checking with the post office, I discovered that our bulletins were mistakenly routed to an incorrect branch office! By the way, we where not the only organization in Cheviot to have this happen last month.
If you just cannot wait for your mailed copy of the C.P.A. News to arrive, you can read them on the Internet on our Soccer web site. Our Web address is: www.angelfire.com/oh/cpasoccer but the best way to keep up with all the activities of our club is to come to the monthly meetings!
Special Committees
Volunteers are still needed for the June 27th date at Kings Island. Not only is this a fun and easy way to raise funds for our club, but each volunteer receives free admission passes for a future visit to the park. Contact Gordon Smyth (481-2031) for further information.
There will not be Scotch Bowling in May. Scotch Bowling will return in July and October.
