Oct. 1999 Cheviot, Ohio (Issued Monthly) Issue 504

From the President Jerry Biederman

Thanks to everyone who volunteered their help at the CPA 5K walk/run. Considering that this was our first attempt, we had a nice event. The comments we received were positive We are planning to do it again next year on the last Sunday of September (September 24, 2000).

Speaking of things we do on an annual basis, our Turkey Raffle is rapidly approaching. Mark the date Saturday, November 6th at the Cheviot Memorial Fieldhouse, at 3729 Robb Avenue. Once again we need your support by attending and volunteering.

We will have details of the above events as well as other important information regarding our club at our regular monthly meeting on October 18th at 8:00 P.M. Hope to see you there.

A familiar face at our meetings, Jerry Reubusch is smiling because his grandson, Tony Roell is going to become an Eagle Scout in November. Congratulations Tony. Jerry will be moving to Harrison, Ohio so we won't be seeing him as frequently. Keep in touch Jerry. Thanks for all your help in the past years.

Come to the meeting on October 18th and renew some of your old friendships. See you there.
