During the next few weeks you will notice some changes to our building. We will be installing an access ramp and new front entrance. This work will begin on May 19th at 4:00 P.M. and will continue on May 20th. Thanks to Bill Rehn and Dave Specht for spearheading this project.. If you can help out, call Bill or volunteer at the regular meeting.
Our baseball teams are well into their season. I don't have any records to brag about but I'm sure we are well represented on the field.
Guess what? We had a couple of guests attend our last regular meeting! We look forward to their continued participation. If anyone else wants to bring a guest at any time, he or she is more than welcome!
Thanks to Butch Scheidt and his committee for a great job at the Easter Egg Hunt! This was Butch's first year as chairman and we look forward to his continued participation in this event.

Congratulations to Sara Bickers,. Jenni Brock, Ashley Brucato, Chris Fullam and Frances Muse on their induction into the National Honor Society! Standards for this elite group are very high; students must excel in character, citizenship, leadership, scholarship and service.

Athletics Gordon Smyth, Chairman
Scott Carpenter has agreed to help our soccer program by functioning as Director of Coaches' development. Currently, Scott is organizing our soccer coaches for an upcoming coaching clinic at Dillsboro, Indiana. Scott will also serve as a resource for training materials and additional clinics for our coaches. Scott, We truly value your contribution to our organization and to our young atheletes.
Soccer referee training is scheduled for Tuesday June 6th through Thursday June 8th at Our Lady of Visitation. If you possess a good knowledge of the game and would like to be a referee, please call Ron Arrasmith at 574-7687. Adults in particularly are encouraged to attend.

Our regular meeting will be Friday May 26th at 1:00 P.M. A "White Elephant" sale will be held.
Special Committees
The dates for Kings Island volunteer work have been finalized. They are: Sunday afternoon June 25th and Saturday morning July 15th. Participants will receive a $20 reduction in their sports fees, passes to enter the park at a future date and a lunch during their volunteer time. For more information, call Gordon Smyth at 481-2031.
