I went on to work to do what I do.
I did all my work, the best that I could.
The day passed on like I knew that it would.
It was time to go home, and I left just like that.
I turned on the tube and just kind of sat.
I thought about life and how nothing seems bright.
How I got in this rut and can't get things right.
Then I thought to myself, is this all that there is?
Get up, go to work, and all of that biz?
I want to be happy. I really want to see.
And that's when I heard "Then why not come to Me?"
I then dropped to my knees and I asked to be cleansed.
Jesus Christ is my savior and that's all that makes sense.
I then felt this deep calm, and knew I was blessed.
And if your a Christian, you know all the rest.
But if you are not and things seem so dim,
Then I ask you this,
"Why not go to Him?"
