The Official Mission Patch Emporium
Rules & Legal Stuffings
Yeah, I'm well aware that this is rather boring material here, but it ought to be said, 'less I find myself in a bit of trouble.
Ahem.
I try my best to keep the website current and up to date as possible. Thereby, I update the status of missions once I hear of the change being made. Missions can be one of four statuses:
Mission in Progress: Mission approved and currently underway, for better or for worse.
Mission In Limbo: Mission has been placed on a temporary hold due to insufficient supplies or budget cuts.
Mission Failed: Financial backing is pulled, resulting in the mission's cancellation and the flight team broken up.
Mission Canceled: A proposed mission is canceled before it has a chance to begin.
I do not display false information. If a mission is canceled, I will make the appropriate changes to reflect. The flight team then has the period of one month to reinstate the mission before it becomes void. In the event the mission is placed "In Limbo," the flight team has a six month period before being required to apply for an extension.
The Official Mission Patch Emporium, first off, cannot be held in any way responsible in the event that a mission be canceled for whatever cause. One might consider this an ultimate given, but it's always wise to play things safe.
All material on this website is posted with the direct consent by at least one member of the two-person flight team. Owing in part to the fact that I'm generally, by default, in contact with only one half of the mission personnel, this must suffice. Once permission is granted to display the patch, I exhibit the right to include it within the website, at which time, the permission cannot be revoked without good reason to do so.
All graphics and information contained in this site is the property and copyright of Joshua Gulch. No graphics may be taken or used without express permission from Josh. Furthermore, graphics cannot be altered in any way, whatever the circumstances, without additional allowances made. All you have to do is ask, and I'm likely to approve. But theft won't be tolerated, as I'm particularly protective of my work. If a patch is to be included in a website, and my permission is granted, a link to the Mission Patch Emporium must be included near the picture.
