LONDON, England- it has been almost a year since the death of Princess Diana, however, her death has been very hard to forget, especially by her sons, William in particular.

William personally chose his own psychiatrist, as he tries cope with his depression since the death of his beloved mother.

According to the people who are close to the 16 year-old prince, William has been fighting the depression that overcame him due to the death of his mother, Princess Diana. And this depression grew even deeper as people speculated about his mother.

"I miss her so badly," he told a therapist. "I often dream that she's holding Harry and I really tight, giving us warm hugs, it's almost like it's really true. But then, I wake up and I realize that she's really gone, and it really hurts deep inside, it's really hard for me to accept the fact that she'll never come back."

Another thing that's been making William sad is the release a book about his mother which has been approved by his father, Prince Charles.

"In the book, it describes Diana as a jealous woman and a liar, which made William feel even worse, as if his old wounds were coming back," revealed by a Royal insider. "The bad thing is, Charles has approved the release of this book."

The Palace chose a traditional psychiatrist for the prince; however, none of them seems to be helping the prince. "He cannot open himself. He's scared that every word that will come out of his mouth will be known by the members of the palace."

The first person that William went to when her mother passed away was Tiggy Legge-Bourke, the woman who acted as the boys' surrogate mother after the divorce.

However, an insider at Balmoral said that William won't get any help from Tiggy, but it can change William's point of view.

"It's not nice to look at. Many people know that William has a big crush on Tiggy, she's not an ordinary nanny and she is quite beautiful.

"William likes older women. Cindy Crawford is his favorite pin-up. But if he's looking for girls, there's Tiggy, in the flesh. However, were not allowing her to be really close to the prince. It would just be weird."

Because of this, he has been put into more serious bereavement sessions.

"When he chose his own therapist, who has an earring on his ear, the Palace gave a sigh of relief," revealed the insider.

It is quite obvious that William is rebelling and it's positive that he'll follow the footsteps of his late mother. He has been seen riding motorbikes with his trendy shrink who is only known by the name, Jack.

"William has been able to open up his feelings to Jack, whom he sees as an older brother, someone who's there to listen and offer advises."

The insider also revealed that the New Zealand born, Jack had changed William's life. However, they are still waiting for the time when William will share his opinions about his father's affair with Camilla Parker-Bowles.

About a month ago, William refuse to attend a social function upon finding out that Camilla will be present.

"Harry came, but William stayed at home and talked to Jack the whole afternoon." Revealed by another insider.

"He's always crying. He loves his father but he just can't accept the fact the Camilla's relationship with his father has destroyed his parent's marriage. He also doesn't like what he's going through at he moment." With the help of the shrink, William was able

to go to his father's 50th birthday, which was hosted by Camilla.

The royals are also praying that William will develop a close relationship with Camilla's children namely: Tom, 23 and Laura, 21.
