This movie is great! David Spade is wonderful! This movie is about a restaurant owner, Dylan Ramsey (David Spade) who is trying to get the attention and affection of the girl next door, Lila Dubois. She (played by Sophie Marceau) is a french cello player who is trying to make it in the United States. Dylan devises a plan to steal her dog and become her hero when he finds and returns it. Unfortunately, things get a little out of hand when the dog swallows the "diamond" anniversary ring Dylan was holding onto for his best friend.
