For those who won't get to see us live, here's the next best thing : dEUS will be headlining the AxionBeachRock festival at Zeebruges beach, Belgium. This saturday there will be live coverage on the internet at http://www.axionbeachrock.be/ with pictures and reviews. There most likely will also be an irc chat and other special treats for you, and later this week you should find realaudio and realvideo clips at this festival site.
The AxionBeachRock lineup also features Garbage, Massive Attack and a number of other pretty decent bands so don't miss out on this.
OBTW for those attending the festival this saturday, make sure you'll be wearing one of our t-shirts of sweaters, and if you don't have one yet, then get one, cause we need models for the merchandising photo shoot that we have planned.

new tour dates! so now the gig schedule thing runs as follows:
27/2/99
today i got hold of a promo copy of the new album. it's hard to describe....it's a little slower than the other albums and a cross between the sound of 'little arithmetiics' and the gentle tracks off 'my sister = my clock'. the opening track, 'put the freaks up front', perhaps the most energetic of the ten tracks, is truly amazing; tom really gets to sing his heart out on it. 'lets see who goes down first' reminds me of 'suds and soda' after about five minutes and 'dream sequence #1' starts like 'let's go' by arab strap!!!!!!! but it's still so obviously dEUS and that, it must be said, could never be a bad thing.
