With the breakup of Three Minute Warning, Rosey seemed to have no direction. Then the Hurricane approached him about becoming a S.H.I.T. or Super Hero in Training. Rosey started wearing a beach towel and mask to the ring, and was given a number of tasks in training, which he failed at, including saving a cat from a tree and even getting stuck in a phone booth while attempting to put on his costume. Finally, one day he came down to save the Hurricane dressed in full superhero gear. They started teaming up more regularly, and at Backlash 2005 won the World Tag Titles in a five-man tag team turmoil match, last eliminating La Resistance.
