*Londos was recognized as the first champion after winning the NYSAC World Title from Shikat, and Gus Sonnenberg was stripped of the World Heavyweight Title.

*(2)The title was vacated when it was determined by the NWA board that a tournament should be held. Pesek was the only man to post the $1,000 bond and was awarded the belt.

*(3)Pesek was stripped of the title after refusing to meet two challengers. This match determined the new champion.

*(4)Casey was stripped of the title due to being out of the country. Marshall was awarded the belt at the NWA's annual meeting.

*(5)The title was unified with the NWA (National Wrestling Alliance) World Heavyweight Title.
