Rock Bottom: In Your House

Since my first review was lost somewhere within the depths of Angelfire, this'll be brief 'n brutal.

The Brood vs. J.O.B. Squad
Cool match, Edge did that no-hands pescado off of Gangrel's back. Missed pescado by Scorpio, missed flying headbutt by Christian, Head itself couldn't stop Gangrel. Christian did the Tomikaze on Scorpio for the win.

Steve Blackman vs. Owen Hart
Nice little match, with Blackman doing a nice baseball slide and Owen got him twice with the insegurie kick. Owen was put in the Sharpshooter but he got to the ropes. Owen finally had enough and walked out, giving Blackman the countout win.

The New Age Outlaws vs. Ken Shamrock & The Big Bossman
Decent. Nice spots by Shamrock and Badass Billy, with Gunn turning a huracanrana into a tiger bomb. Billy did that thing Mikey Whipwreck does where you turn a suplex into a stone cold stunner and got the win for DX.
Rating: **3/4

Mankind vs. The Rock
Nothing all that special. The Rock did his own commentary while beating on Mankind. Confusing match, with the pre-match Corporate Ribs/Contract BS, and more confusing ending when Mankind got the Mandible Sock on the Rock. Tim White replaced an unconscious Hebner and rung the bell when he discovered Hebner's condition had spread to The Rock. McMahon grabbed the mic and said since Rocky didn't tap out or submit, Mankind won the match but not the title. Socko found a new home in Vince and Shane's mouths afterward.
Rating: **1/2

Goldust vs. Jeff Jarrett
The crowd was really into this one, living and dying by Goldust's every move. Collective groans from every wrestling fan in the world when Debra smashed the guitar over Goldust allowing Jeff to get the win. Thank God for Shawn Michaels, who reversed the decision and we got some nice shots of Debra in a thong before The Blue Blazer came in and covered her up. Thank you, Shawn!
Rating: **

Steve Austin vs. The Undertaker
Okay match for such a repetitive angle. Nice effect with Kane coming out of the grave after it exploded. The hijacking of that bulldozer thing gave the match a cool ending. Austin won by the way.
Rating: **

Supply & Demand vs. D'lo Brown & Mark Henry
Boring nothing match, in which the high spot was the possible catfight with Runnels & Jackie vs. The Ho's. Instead, Val's trunks got pulled down and he got sloppily splashed by Henry for the win. Instead of seeing Debra nude, us paying wrestling fans get to see Val Venis in a thong. WWF, I've got one word for you: Blech!
Rating: *3/4

The Oddities vs. The Headbangers
Another boring match, that HAD some heat, before ICP left. The Oddities may be entertaining, but they can't wrestle. The 'Bangers can wrestle, but they can't entertain worth a lick. When Golga was going for his vertical splash, Thrasher put us out of our misery by clotheslining him from the top rope for the win.
