I purchased this unit with other computer related items at a local auction. It powers up, but I have no expertise with testing this, therefore it is being sold "as-is".

There is one floppy labelled "Boot Disk 1 of 2, Algorithm Set 2". Additional software/accessories are available through the Data I/O site for the unit offered.
