March 12'th, 1999 At 9:30 P.M. in Guernsey County
A sighting was reported to me by a respected
businessman in Newcomerstown on the 13'th of
March, 1999. He told me that his teenage
daughter and her friend were driving out of
town heading south when they spotted a
creature cross the road in front of them,
from the left to the right. The mans daughter
reported the following details.....
Terrian Type-----Wooded
Weather-----Cloudy and cold
Distance to Creature-----About 50
feet
Height of Creature-----Man Height or
Taller. Likely over 6 Feet
Color-----White
What did you notice most about the
creature?-----It was white and
disappeared quickly.
This sighting took place on Friday March
12'th, 1999 at about 9:30 P.M.in northern
Guernsey County. This area is well known to
this investigator and many locals are keeping
an eye and ear open in the area and will let
me know if anything out of the ordinary takes
place.
NOTES-----The man told me the
same night his daughter had the sighting, he
noticed at about 3 a.m. her bedroom
light was on. So the next day he asked her if
she had fallen asleep with the light on. She
replied no and then told her father what she
had seen the night before. She kept the light
on due to the fact that "she was so scared by
what she had seen that she kept the light on,
thinking it would keep the creature away from
the house." This is with-in a quarter of a
mile from
where Don Keating sighted a white Bigfoot on
September 15'th, 1985.
The white "X" represents the appx. location the young witness spotted the creature crossing the road. This is just south of the Tuscarawas / Guernsey county line.
