A sighting that was reported to me by long time friend Jim D. of Summit County, Ohio was reported to him by a friend of his who lives in Guernsey County. Her sighting took place on or about September 16'th, 1999 @ about :30 p.m. It follows.....
"I was driving west on SR 541 just to the west of Kimbolton. I was in a clear area where I could see field on either side of the road. Suddenly, to my right (north) I spotted this very tall, skinny black colored creature as it was walking towards the wood line. I did not turn around to look for it, I was pretty surprised at what I had just witnessed."
In a nut shell, that's pretty much the way the encounter took place. Though there was no estimate of height on the witnesses behalf that I know of, I would say that it is safe to say it was between the usual seven to eight feet in height because she described it as "very tall and skinny.
