Looking through the cat tails you see Sasquatch Lake in Coshocton County. This body of water was named this after the accidental filming of a light colored individual walking down a gravel road 100 yards to the west.
This photo shows how dark and dense some of the forest are in east-central Ohio. This is just across the gravel road and lane that Richard Myers claims to have seen two dark colored creatures in April of 1998.
This highwall and lake are both a product of strip mining in the 1940's and 50's. This is at the end of and to the left of what is known as the Muddy Lane in Coshocton County.
You can see in this photo how the terrain runs steep towards the road on the left. On the right and just out of frame, the terrain continues downhill rather steep towards Wills Creek Lake.
This little strip of dirt and mud is known as the Muddy Lane. Named this after researchers discovered several prints on it in June of 1987. Many of the names of lakes or landmarks are 'unofficial' because members of the EOBIC nicname them for future reference.
This little body of water was not here in 1989. It has developed due to the beaver activity in the area. At the bottom of the photo you might be able to see the beaver dam.
This photo was taken along county road 146 in Coshocton county, facing the east, looking at Wills Creek. This is about 5 miles west of Plainfield.
