Greetings!! The Tri-State Bigfoot Study Group originally began as the Eastern Ohio Bigfoot Study Group way back on July 12, 1985. The first meeting was hosted by Don Keating of Newcomerstown, Ohio and a then resident of Weston, W.Va. named Richard. (He doesn't want his full name used, sorry.)

Since that first meeting, over 4,300 people have attended the over 150 meetings, all of which have taken place in Newcomerstown. What follows are photos of many of the speakers, and contact information as well as a schedule through the year 2001.

Here is the list of scheduled meetings for the year 2001 for the Tri-State Bigfoot Study Group. NOTE... There are no scheduled meetings for January and February.

Since the study group began holding meetings in the summer of 1985, I have kept a record of how many people attend each meeting. The first meeting in July of 1985 hosted 32. The most recent meeting in December of 1999 hosted 35. In between those meetings, a record number of 208 have attended (the 10'th Annual Bigfoot Conference) and a low number of only 2, that's right, TWO attended in December of 1986. People from as far away as British Columbia Canada, and as far east as Portland, Maine have attended. In fact, one man who was attending Arizona State University in 1991 drove all the way up here from Tucson to attend and do research. He was here from mid-September to early December. His name... Yasushi Kojo. Originally from Japan!

There have been more guest speakers than I can keep track of. Right off, though, I'll mention a few of the more noteables....
