ABUSE

SAVE MY GRANDSONS. This is abuse in the most unexpected way. Children's Protection Services is doing it! And the government is allowing the abuse to happen!!! Isn't there enough abuse of our children with out CP$ causing more? Every time you hear of an abused child dying,think,"What was CP$ doing while this was going on?" Do you know? Would you like to know?

PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL IT IS TO LATE.

Every one of us thought this could not happen to us. We are good loving people. When it hits, we think it is just a mistake. CP$ will see it is just a mistake and everything will be fine.



WARNING !!!

This is not the way to think. If you do you are doomed!! Your happy family will never be the same again. Do you know why? Would you like to know?



LET'S TAKE A LOOK.

The damage Children's Protection Services(CP$) does. They can will act on one phone call. If you make one person mad they want to make you pay for life. All they need to do is call CP$ and make a false report of abuse or neglect on your family. Without checking anything out they can swoop down in the middle of the night take your child from you. They are also good at going to school to remove the child. Another one is to show up at your door with police officers with hands on the butts of their guns. Not unlike the Cuban boys story. Then they will check out the claims of abuse. Meanwhile, the damage is done to everyone. The trama of your child being taken to God knows where,or for how long, no one knows. The poor child has no idea what has happened. The people he loves and trusted to always protect him from strangers, let him down. Strangers just took him, placed him in a strange home and began interrogating him and asking the meanest questions, about his family.



GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT

In a murder case we all know you are innocent until proven guilty. To prove guilt takes hard facts and evidence. Being accused of child abuse/neglect, you are guilty first with no evidence. It is up to you to prove, you did not do anything wrong. If some one says you beat your child CP$ takes your child into their care and if they finds no marks, they says the marks were there anyway. How can you prove they are lying and no marks were ever there? Do not think CP$ will not lie! If they took your child with outreal proof they want to cover their back sides, by making you seem the unfit parent. How can you prove you are not this bad person? They will not take the word of family or friends, reason being family and friends will lie for you. Meanwhile they will act as if they are your friend as well as your child's friend. They will twist anything you say to make you look bad. The children want to go home so they tell the kids if they will lie they will let them go home. Yes, some kids will lie thinking they can go home. PROTECT YOURSELF and CHILD! Record every conversation you have with a CP$ worker and teach your kids strangers are not their friends. CP$ workers are not friends!



DUE PROCESS

Your right to a speedy trial. First there is no trial. No jury. Just the judge and CP$ with their lies. Who would think a CP$ worker would lie? The judge would not think so. He works with these CP$ workers every day. Many are friends of his out side the court room. Speedy? NOT! With CP$ always post-poning court dates so they can keep digging in your life, past, present, to find anything that could be considered a high risk to your child so they can say they did a good job taking your child from you. Your lucky if the case is over in 6 months. In that six months you and your child are away from each other. If your child is showing signs depression, of course it is the parent's fault. Heaven forbid it the parent shows any anger or depression over missing their child, that would prove the parent is at fault.
