Twenty years since high school! Wow…twenty years doesn’t seem that long ago, but high school definitely does!
I have been very busy since high school but did not venture far from home. No great big huge plans with my life, just kind of let life happen and it has turned out pretty darn good.
I earned a degree in business from North Central State. Met my best friend and soul mate, Jim in 1985. We were married in 1989. This September 30th will be 15 years. We have one child, a son, Kenny. He is nine years old and in the fourth grade at St. Peters. He is very active in soccer and baseball.
I passed the Ohio State Board and became a Licensed Optician in August of 1989. I have been in the optical field for the past 16 years. For the last nine years, I have been working for an Optometrist in downtown Mansfield.
A year and half ago we built a new house and moved into the country. (Two acres in Ontario that is as close to the country as I get! )
We just added a new puppy to our family. He is a four month old Welsh Corgi that we named Rudy Stubbs. Rudy has lot of energy and is developing a great personality.
My spare time is usually spent with my family and friends. When I get a minute alone I enjoy reading and practicing yoga.
