...And is also known as THE GUYS OF NSYNC...
...Always talkin' about what he wants...
...And just tries to get some ass...
So (no) I don't want your number (no)
don't want to give you mine and (no)
I don't want to meet you nowhere (no)
I don't want none of your time and (no)
CHORUS
I don't want no scrub
A scrub is a guy that can't get no love from me
Hanging out the window of
The tour bus
Trying to holler at me....
Alright, as you know...that is a little modified version of the TLC song "No Scrubs"...which in my mind perfectly describes the boys of N Sync right now.
On with the actual POINT of this page. I have recently been hearing some things about the supposedly "wholesome all american teen pop sensations" N Sync. *cough, choke* And the crap I (along with the rest of the fans) have been hearing from the mouthes of these boys are anything but truthful. I frankly am sickened by the entire thing. I do understand that guys will be guys, and that N Sync are just human. They make mistakes, and they can't be perfect all the time. However, I don't think that it is right to do what they have been doing, whether they are famous, horny guys or what. I also feel that disrespecting women in the way that they have been lately is appalling. I don't think that it is appropriate, no matter WHO you are...and although it really doesn't SURPRISE me (who really bought that single and ready to mingle load of shit anyway?), it was uncalled for. (I mean..I really FIGURED that Joey was like that...but the others?) I just feel that as role models to so many young children (girls AND boys--such as the cute little 5 or 6 year old boy singing GMHS behind me at the concert...sooo cute!), that they should really act more appropriately.
I still like N Sync's music, and will most likely continue to make fun of them on my page (depending on what Rachel thinks). I am not saying that you people should stop liking them or their music, I am just trying to make you aware of what really goes on. Their whole image is FAKE...and regardless of what they tell you...they do bad things every once in awhile. (Or..in Joey's case...a lot of the while). I just wanted to make it clear that they aren't the angelic, perfect all american teen gods that their record company makes them out to be, and I hope that you will realize this.
*We would like to thank the girls of Giddy for N Sync for letting us link this*
Also here is a short story that you might be interested in...(thank you--and you know who you are that gave me permission and this story to put up)
This girl I talked to knows someone who met Joey and Steve. "Steve said..and she quotes, 'hey J, do we still have that bottle of Morgan's on the bus?' To which Joey replied, 'Naw man, we finished it off before the show.'
THAT is a true story...and goes to show that they do drink...before shows even. They aren't angels I guess huh? Not that I am condeming them all for drinking (underage...for Justin and Lance)...since I have partied before too...BUT not before I go sing onstage in front of 10 thousand 7 year olds. I guess we never knew about THAT before performance ritual. Perhaps there are others that they have been hiding from us.
