I’m Back

August 8, 1999

Well I am back from the beach and have been for a while but I haven’t posted anything cause I have been busy and very tired, so let me fill everyone in on the latest news in my life. Well first of all, the beach is the best thing in the whole world.....I love the ocean. I had a very good time at Myrtle Beach and can’t wait to go again. We did a whole bunch of stuff down there.....the only thing was the whole 5 days we were gone I didn’t eat....weird huh? Well after we left the beach we went to a small town in North Carolina called Jacksonville, it is like Marine-City....so many guys. I met a very nice guy*a Marine of course* there and boy could he kiss, I really would like to have kept in touch, but let me tell you what happened, I gave him my number but decided against taking his cause I figured if he wanted to talk he would call.....but he didn’t. It is weird what an impression someone can make on you in the one night we spent together......I still see his smile when I close my eyes and I can still smell his cologne every once in awhile...but he didn’t call...but I am glad about one thing I got some adorable pictures of him and I together. They will make for a good memory, maybe in a way it is good he didn’t call because if something awful would happened between us that night would seem so less special but now I can just keep the memory as a good one. Anyways, shortly after we got back I went to a wonderful concert.....Goo Goo Dolls, Sugar Ray and Fastball. It was the best concert ever. And you know Mark McGrath, the lead singer for Sugar Ray is so so hot! I have a very important thing to tell you all though and maybe you don’t care but I do.....Even though the Marine I met on vacation never called, I owe him something very big. The ex I told you about who sent me an e-mail from nowhere, he was a Marine too but that is besides the point. He helped me realize that I didn’t need my ex, even though everyone has tried to tell me that. Goose, my friend asked me a while ago if I would get back together with my ex if he asked and I said yes, well Goose I am here to tell you that if he called and asked me right this second, I would laugh and say NO!!! I don’t need that anymore, I have plenty of people who love me and well he really lost out.....I have to tell you guys about a new guy I have met though so there will be 2 new thoughts today to keep this from being painfully long, so read it too!! I love you all! Sorry it took so long to update.
