(Feb. 20, 1999) - Ohio State quarterback Joe Germaine answered fans' questions after his workout at the scouting combine in Indianapolis.

Q)What's your biggest asset?

A) Ohio State QB Joe Germaine: My biggest asset would be my accuracy. That's something that I feel all good quarterbacks have. I can get better at everything I'm trying to do. The biggest adjustment is becoming smarter and improving the mental part of the game. That's the part I'm trying to conquer.

Q): Joe, if you could be drafted by the team of your choice, who would it be?

A) Ohio State QB Joe Germaine: That's a tough question. I would love to get drafted by anybody. That would be great for me. It would be a dream come true. I'm from Arizona. It would be great to play for someone closer to home. But any team would be great for me. I talked with the Cardinals this afternoon. Obviously they're not hurting for quarterbacks right now. But it was great to talk with them. Who knows what'll happen?

Q) Do you see yourself as a starter in the NFL?

A) Ohio State QB Joe Germaine: I can see myself as a starting QB in the NFL. It all matters on the kind of system I'm involved in, also. I've got to have good coaches around me, good players around me and a good offensive system around me. There are a lot of factors that goes into it. The West Coast type of offense is what I would like to get involved in.

Q)What do you expect to achieve in your first season in the NFL?

A)Ohio State QB Joe Germaine: My first season, I just want to get in and learn the offense. That's probably the biggest challenge I'll face first.
