Newshawk is a single dad whose kids have all flown the coop, leaving behind a severe case of empty nest syndrome. He recently celebrated the 8th anniversary of his 39th birthday. When Newshawk is not at work, he likes to read, surf the Internet, play "Worms 2" or watch TV (but not too much-I work in TV, so watching too much of it makes me feel like I'm back at work. It's also why I don't own a camcorder.)
As for my kids, there are four-Kathy, who is married and living in Springfield, Missouri, with her husband and two girls; Michelle, who is (gulp) living with her boyfriend (Joe) and is STILL fighting the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services to get Christina and Jacob back; David, who is halfway through his Sophomore year at Tyler School of Art at Temple University and Ruthanne, who has moved out to Springfield, MO, to live with her mother (so she can get to know her again.)
