*^*Chapter 16*^*
Lauren and Lisa started their senior year of college. Lisa would graduate with her major in Marine Biology, and Lauren graduated with her major in Music. Their senior year was going smoothly. Then came March when the boys left for their U.S. tour and Lisa and Lauren had a wedding to plan. The guys tour passed by quickly, and it was a huge success. The day the guys came back Lauren and Lisa went shopping so they could pick up Lisa’s wedding dress and the bridesmaid’s dresses.
“Hey, you ready to go? We need to get home before the guys do,” Lisa said as they were walking towards an exit in the mall.
“Yep, let’s go,” Lauren said as they walked out the door to the parking garage. It was 8:00, so it was really dark in the parking garage except for a few lights.
“That’s their girlfriends, right over there,” a few girls whispered and pointed at Lisa and Lauren as they neared their car.
“Let’s go,” the girls whispered as they started to follow Lauren and Lisa. “You can’t have them! Brian and Nick are ours!” the girls screamed as they threw Lauren and Lisa to the ground and started to kick them. Lauren and Lisa both screamed for help so the girls grabbed Lauren’s purse and ran right as the security guards arrived. The security guards filed a report about the girls taking Lauren’s purse and the assault, and then told them to go home. Lisa dropped Lauren off at Nick’s place to wait for him and she drove back to Orlando to wait for Brian. Lisa handled everything ok, but Lauren was still pretty shaken up about the whole incident, and when Nick got home she was still crying.
“What’s wrong? I thought you’d be happy that I was back,” Nick said as Lauren fell into his arms crying.
“It’s not you. I was attacked, I mean me and Lisa were attacked,” she said still crying.
“What do you mean you were attacked, and by who?”-Nick
“Some obsessed fans chased us down in the mall...and they....threw us down...and they kicked us...and they took my purse.” Lauren said crying even harder.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Are you ok?” Nick said wiping some tears away from her face,
“I’m here now, I’ll keep you safe, you can move in with me since you’re done with school and I’ll help you find work here, you’ll be all right I promise.”
“Ok.”-Lauren
“Hey, I got an idea, why don’t me and you just buy a new place?”-Nick
“Ok, let’s get a condo on the beach,” Lauren said cheering up a little bit.
“Ok, we can go look tomorrow.”-Nick
“Good, can we just go to bed now?”-Lauren
“Yeah come on,” Nick said helping her off to bed. The next day they found the perfect condo on the beach and moved into it a couple days later. Lisa and Brian’s wedding was soon approaching, and the security guards had found the girls who attacked the girls and Lauren got her purse back. It was now the night before Lisa and Brian’s wedding, and Lisa was coming over in a little while to spend the night at Lauren and Nick’s, and Nick was driving to Orlando to stay at Brian’s.
“Lauren, I’m back!” Nick yelled walking into their condo.
“Geez, what took you so long?” Lauren said running up to him and wrapping her arms around his neck then kissing him.
“Uh...nothing...we need to talk,” he said taking Lauren over to the couch.
“Is everything ok Nick, you sound upset?”-Lauren
“No, I think...I mean...”-Nick
“Talk Nick, talk.”-Lauren
“I don’t think we should see each other anymore. I don’t want some crazy fan chasing you down and hurting you again. I care about you too much, but we can still be friends and roommates,” Nick said quickly.
“No Nick! You can’t be doing this, not right now!” Lauren said as a tear rolled down her cheek.
“I’m sorry,” Nick said quietly.
“No you’re not! We can’t be roommates anymore, it doesn’t work like that, it just doesn’t! Pack your bags and get your porky *ss out of this house!” Lauren screamed as she held open the front door. Nick left and she slammed the door behind him. Lisa had just pulled into the driveway and gotten out of her car when Nick walked by her.
“Hi Nick.”-Lisa
“HI!” Nick said angrily.
“What’s up his butt?” Lisa said to herself as she walked to the front door and let herself in. Lauren was no where to be found so she walked out to the deck, and then found Lauren sitting on the beach crying.
“What’s wrong?”-Lisa
“Nick...he...he...broke up with me!”-Lauren
“I’m sorry, what happened?” Lisa asked as Lauren preceded to tell her what happened. Then they walked back inside the house.

Nick was driving to Brian’s.
“Man, I messed up. I gotta go back, but will she take me back?” Nick thought to himself as he turned around and headed back to Ruskin, “I need her.”

“Where is he!” Lauren screamed, “he’s supposed to turn around and come back now!”
“He will,” Lisa reassured her, “hey, I rented Cruel Intentions, let’s go drool over Ryan Phillippe.” “Ok,” Lauren quickly agreed. Right as they started the movie Nick walked in.
“Lauren!” Nick said as he walked into the room, “I’m sorry, I don’t know what I was thinking earlier. Can we go back to the way thing were before, please?”
“Fine,” Lauren said as Nick ran over and hugged her.
“Thanks.”-Nick
“Now go to Brian’s, he’s expecting you, and we wanna watch Ryan Phillippe.”-Lisa
“Ok, bye,” Nick said as he walked back out the door.
“Told ya he’d come back.”-Lisa
