All orders may be pre-paid by cash (in US, Canadian, British, or Euro currency) or check/money order drawn on a US bank and payable to Via Dolorosa Press. Please do not send payment via the PayPal buttons on our site as the shipping/handling charges will not be correct for your order. We will invoice for the correct shipping and handling charges once we receive your order.

We will also be happy to invoice purchases. Our terms are net 15 days.

Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee to cover our bank charge.

Return Policy

Only trade paperback and hardbound books are eligible for return; all saddleback and hand-bound chapbooks are non-returnable.
Except in cases where books have been sold on a non-refundable basis (see above note) or are damaged, marked, or shopworn, books are eligible for return up to 120 days after invoice date if in saleable condition, as determined by Via Dolorosa Press. Unsaleable copies will be returned to sender and shipping/handling will be billed.
Returns will be credited at full purchase price, excluding shipping/handling, if shipment is accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing full price paid with discount. If no invoice is included, refund is subject to a reduced discount rate.
Permission to return is required; we will refuse unauthorized returns. Please submit request by email with invoice number, quantity of books to return, and reason for return. We will provide you with return information immediately.
