The Man in Black
The Man in Black

Everyone sees what they want to see

A person like myself is easily judged

'Tis the man in black that is evil!

'Tis the man in black, a witch! A vampire! A Satanist!

'Tis that very freak that ruins society!

Not true, for that freak is always misunderstood

To many we are supposedly evil, dark, depressing

Sometimes people should open their eyes and see more

Look beyond this dark exterior for there's more than black

Stereotyping does not die though

It never has, it never will

'Tis the man in black, he is the deadly one!

As mortal and as human as anyone else he will still end us all

'Tis the people of the world who are worse

Quick judgement, fear, and prejudice are deadlier than the color black
