The Gypsy

her body moves

with the greatest of ease

my lusting eyes

she does please

her beauty is like

a heavenly light

it glows about her

a magnificent sight

about my face

her essence does prance

about the room

her shadow does dance

as if without a spine

she twists and turns

to touch her body

my fingertips yearn

she scorches my flesh

with a swipe of her hand

her insolence

I cannot stand

from my lips

a wind does blow

for a moment she squirms

and then crouches low

for one fleeting moment

her eyes meet mine

she shudders, she realizes

it's the end of her time

her fate has been sealed

the Death card is drawn

she blows me a kiss

and then she is gone
