- GameyPlace.com Update - I just updated the "Console Previews" section in light of recent news. I've included new information, item pricing, and actual game pictures among other additions. See the left bar to check them out... XBox Conference 2001: Japanese XBox Delayed - The Japanese Launch of the Microsoft XBox has been delayed until February 22, 2002. Presumably, to help increase shipment & supply numbers. They expect anywhere from 12 to 20 titles to ship at launch time... XBox Conference 2001: Namco XBox Games - Namco is officially backing the XBox with four new titles. Three of the named games include Soul Calibur 2, Dead to Rights, and Ridge Racer 6 (tentative title). The forth game will be an action/adventure title exclusive to the system. Though it's name and further details have yet to be revealed... TheGIA.com Faces Tough Times - If you're a frequent visitor to the Gaming Intelligence Agency (the GIA), you'll have noticed that the site was down for a couple days last week. As the story goes they've been hit with problem after problem including busted servers and lack of money. But despite these unforeseen walls, the site's crew is keeping TheGIA.com alive.
