Resident Evil: Code Veronica

Whoa, Resident Evil is finally taken to the next step (come on you all know Nemesis was just a filler). Gone are the 2D backgrounds of Resident Evils past. Now there are creepy 3D camera angles that sweep and pan. Though the gameplay remains much the same there are enough additions to keep gamers happy such as the dual uzies. Not to mention that zombies now attack in packs of 5 anymore. The puzzles are also a bit trickier and more involved with the plot. Plus there's plenty of locales to see ranging from the classic Resident Evil Mansion to an Arctic Wasteland. And this time the game lasts about 8-10 hours with plenty of hidden secrets to uncover (only if Resident Evil Survivor was like the 1st-Person mode in this game). On top of that the story is thick and full of surprises/twists (can anyone say "Albert Wesker"). In fact Veronica has probably got the biggest and best plot of all the RE games. You just have to play it to believe it, and you definitely won't be disappointed. This is absolutely one of the better addtions to the Resident Evil series and all hardcore Survival/Horror gamers should get this game now. I can't wait to see what's in store for us in the next Dreamcast RE game. Keep up the good work Capcom, Sega!
