______Brave Fencer Musashi____________

Square nearly out did themselves with this one. Musashi is based around an rpg using a lot of action elements. The role playing part being the involved & fascinating story. Along with the ability to upgrade & improve upon your character with "level-ups". While the action part consists of racing carts, Parappa the Rapper style game bits, & of course a huge 3D world to explore (ala Mario 64). And the whole thing just mixes together so well. The gameplay is solid & is highly varied. Like I mentioned before with the Parappa style bits, racing carts, & sword wielding action among other things. Even the story itself is excellent. From unexpected plot twists to the goofy & humorous dialoque of those whacky characters. This game packs a lot of personality. Not to mention that most of it's dialoque is voice-acted. With the voice acting being incredibly well done. The musical score is even classic & has that epic & heroic feel that most Square titles usually contain. And it's challenging. Hard core players will need to take some time to make it through this beast. And if that wasn't enough, Square even included a demo disk of the famous Final Fantasy VIII. Talk about a deal for your dollars. This game is sure to please & keep everyone happily entertained.
