X-Men vs. Street Fighter

Don't you guys get enough of these fighting games? Apparently not because here's another fighing game fresh from Capcom. This is an arcade conversion of the game with the same name. And what made the arcade a hit was the "tag team" innovation. It was actually the only thing putting this game in the view of the gamer's eye. Sadly it was stripped from the PSX version because of the obvious loading problems (not enough ram). Thus making the game virtually the same as every other fighting game you've ever seen. Sure it's got a unique feel. They modified the old Street Fighter engine, giving way to a much more wild & flashier game. It still has spectacular graphics. Even the ability to select a character from either the X-Men or Street Fighters. It's just with that one lacking feature, the game isn't really fun anymore. It's boring in fact. After a couple of plays you'll put the game away & forget about it. Capcom, this is only an average game. You can do better than this. If you've never played a fighting game before, I could recommend this to you. But if you have, then I'm sure to can find something else that's got a little more personality. Cause you've probably already seen & played this one before. Sorry.

Thanks for pic, Dave!
