NFL Blitz

About every sport has had an awesome arcade rev. Because you know people do get of tired of the same old simulators. Some prime examples of this are NBA Jam & HotShotsGolf. But Football has always been more or less an all out simulation of the real thing, until now. Introducing NFL Blitz. The most wacked out & arcade style football game you're ever going to see on the PSX. Of course the game still retains the fundamentals such as passing, punting, & running. But with out all the tedious stats & details. And when you get stopped, you really get stomped! The characters do everything to cease you in your tracks. From throwing your sorry butt across the field to body slamming you. Now this is the way Football should be! And it's just plain hilarious while your playing with friends. Nothing like taking your best bud's character & tossing him all aroudn the field. It's great little game & will definitely satisfy fans looking for a quick game. The only problem I ever had with this title is the fact that does seem a little short. And after a couple days of play you'll probably begin to wear on the game. (the same effect NBA Jam had) However it does make for a great rent unless you have plenty of friends to play the game with. Blitz is an excellent arcade Football game that could have used a little more replay value.
