Herc's Adventure
If you've played 'Zombies Ate my Neighbors' before, then you already know what this game is all about. This goofy cartoon adventure features Herc & two of his best friends. Upto two players can play simultaneously for some of the best multi-player mayhem ever seen. Along your journey you can pick up any number of items that can be turned around for combat use. And it's a good thing too since there's all kinds of enemies that can attack you, ranging from undead skeletons to Hades himself. Like with most adventure games the terrain is wide & holds many hidden secrets. There even come some times when you must do some puzzle solving. These usually include the "find the key to open the door" & "step on the right panel" kind of stuff. More so, the game has personality. Besides the hilarious antics of your main characters, the town's people also have some funny things to say. Such as an old lady who screams at you for shooting at her. Or the young clerk who makes wise-cracks about Herc's funky hair-doo. Things like this happen throughout the entire game. What's new when compared to the original 'Zombies Ate my Neighbors' game are the world map (helpful of course) & animated events that draw the story along. (animation fans rejoice!) This game is as much fun as it's predecessor & going to make sure that Comedic games remain in the industry for a long time to come. Can't wait to see what else Lucas Arts has up it's sleeve for this fun game engine.
