 So you want to know a bit about me, eh? Not much to tell really. Or that I am prepared to tell ;o) I'm just your typical working single mom. I'm 38 years old and I have a 13 year old daughter. I recently quit smoking and I'm rather proud of it. It hasn't been easy. And with the dreaded, and now realized weight gain, it's a continuous battle to not light up again. I just may be on the lookout for an inexpensive treadmill or better yet, maybe a tall, dark handsome fitness guru ;o) A few of my favorite things to do are: camping, hiking,horseback riding and biking. I also like movies (both old and new), listening to music of various types, attending powwows and gatherings, and being creative. I love high speed, loud thunder, lightning shows, sudden downpours,big snow storms and the wind in my hair. Me thinks I should have been a race car driver or a storm chaser :o) Other typical favorites include....horses, the color black, chocolate, autumn, seafood, yellow roses, Christmas, chocolate, the smell of leather, the look and feel of jeans, wood burning stoves, candles and oil lamps and, oh yeah... chocolate. He he Dreams for the future include... A small house in the middle of nowhere with a big enough garage to hold a black '68 GTO, a 4 x 4 and a Harley. Hey!...it's my dream to dream, eh? Afterall...I have since given up on the ol' white picket fence and 6 kids dream. ;o) Pet peeves include..nosy neighbours that pick on kids, people who butt in line and pre-teen daughters that roll their eyes at you. I'm told it'll get worse before it gets better.{sigh} Well...there you have it.
