When FPPVW began, it was started by Jon Z, who was a college student with absolutely no money. He had trained several wrestlers, and many of them were at the point where they no longer sucked. Thus Jon decided to hold events in mid-2003, for a company he called Future Pay-Per-View Wrestling. Countdown was the eleventh monthly event.
Background
Countdown was the tenth monthly supercard for FPPVW. It took place in the Bellbrook High School Gymnasium in Bellbrook, Ohio, on April 17, 2004. The event was seen locally on DATV.
