When FPPVW began, it was started by Jon Z, who was a college student with absolutely no money. He had trained several wrestlers, and many of them were at the point where they no longer sucked. Thus Jon decided to hold events in mid-2003, for a company he called Future Pay-Per-View Wrestling. Pain and Glory was the ninth monthly event.
Background
Pain and Glory was the eighth monthly supercard for FPPVW. It took place in the Sinclair Community College Gymnasium, on February 14, 2004. The event was seen locally on DATV.
