Professional wrestling career
Early career
Letty began to train in 2001 under Jon Z. She debuted the following year and worked various independents in the following months.
Future Pay-Per-View Wrestling/Renegade Championship Wrestling (2003-2005)
The Beginning
In July of 2003, Jon Z started his own promotion Future Pay-Per-View Wrestling. One of the things he wanted was a strong women's division, and Letty was amongst the first lady wrestlers he hired. She was set to debut on the first FPPVW show, Premiere Showcase, in May 2003, but she injured her wrist prior to the show and had to miss it. Upon her recovery, she made her in-ring debut at Breakout two months later, with a win over Vix. She went on to compete in a dark match at Bloodbath, and wouldn't make her Foundation debut until November 7 with a win over Erica Porter. On December 5, she competed in the tournament to crown the first FPPVW Ladies' Champion, but lost in the first round to Naomi Leach.
She received her first shot at the title at Burn It Up in January 2004, but submitted to Naomi in a four-way match. She continued to work her way up the card for the first half of the year, and at Firestorm in August teamed with LuFisto to beat Shadow and Naomi Leach, getting the pin on the Ladies' Champion in the process. LuFisto would also earn her way into contention in the following weeks, but would leave the company before the three-way match at Bloodbath could take place, leaving an open spot in the match. Naomi would get her partner Shadow into the match but end up betrayed, with Shadow beating her to win the title. Letty would get another chance at being number one contender at November Pain in a Four-Woman Free-for-All, but was not successful.
However, shortly into 2005, the promotion went dark and closed its doors. The roster would reunite for one last show, WrestlingRevolution II in May, with Letty facing Shadow and Naomi in a three-way title match. Letty would win the match and become the final Ladies' Champion.
Modern Establishment of Competitive Combat Arts (2005-2008)
A New Beginning
With RCW's funds gone and the promotion caught up in a legal battle with its creditors, Nykk hastily put together a deal of his own. He started MECCA, which at first stood for the Midwestern Establishment of Competitive Combat Arts, in order to save the jobs of the workers and crew of RCW. On the debut of Go Time, MECCA co-owner Katie Piehl wasted no time in crowning the first Ladies' Champion in a Gauntlet Match. Four women were involved, and Lisa entered third, pinning Shadow. She would face LuFisto next for the title, and managed to get the win, becoming the first Ladies' Champion and earning the nickname "The First Lady of MECCA." Afterward, LuFisto blindsided her old protege before leaving the ring. They faced one another in a non-title match two weeks later, but Lisa was attacked by a masked female named La Felina. They ambushed Letty again a week later, and LuFisto unmasked Felina to reveal former WWE Women's Champion Gail Kim. They announced themselves as The Dangerous Liaison and made it their mission to win the Ladies' Title for their alliance. Lisa and LuFisto met with the title on the line at the first company pay-per-view Bloody Valentine, with Letty getting the win. She lost a non-title match to Kim on the next Go Time, leading to a match for the title at Melee. Letty once again came out on top, but LuFisto wanted a rematch and she wanted her type of match. They met in a Hardcore match at the first MECCA Challenge in April, but Lisa was able to defeat her former mentor once again.
After defeating Misery at Punked Out, Letty turned to a challenge from her friend Shadow, who had been helping her battle the Dangerous Liaison for months. Lisa gladly accepted the challenge and the two met at Midsummer Night Slam. But during the match, Shadow utilized help from the Dangerous Liaison as well as a chair en route to dethroning Lisa for the title. With Shadow joining up with the Dangerous Liaison, their goal of controlling the ladies' division seemed to come to fruition. But Lisa wanted her rematch. She received it for Summer Showdown, and won the belt back. They met in the rubber match at Scared Stiff two months later, with Letty successful in retaining the title. Not willing to give up, the Dangerous Liaison sent Gail Kim to once again challenge Lisa at No Regrets. Kim was able to win a hard fought match and take the title.
Love in the Wrong Places
After failing to win the title back, Lisa wanted to get back into contention and faced Misery in a match on December 21. However, Kevin Stone took over the ring before the bell so he could rant about Nykk, who he would be defending the MECCA Championship against in a couple of weeks. He grew annoyed when Misery kept trying to tap him and ask why he was interrupting them, and Stone grew angrier about it until finally Misery shoved Lisa into Stone. He pushed her down, but Nykk ran in for the save before Stone could do anything else to her. She thanked him with a hug the next week, and a friendship formed between the two, which looked like it could blossom into more as the weeks rolled by. Lisa backed up Nykk in his feud with Charlie Haas as a counter to Haas's wife Jackie. Lisa accompanied Nykk to the ring for his match with Haas at Snowed In, but accidentally caused him to lose. Haas and Jackie attacked her after the match, but Lisa was so distraught over what happened that she ran away. When Nykk finally caught up with her, he was more concerned with her well being than the fact that he lost. They teamed up to take on Haas and Jackie the next month at Bloody Valentine, and scored the win. She also continued her feud with the Dangerous Liaison, who met all their enemies in a ten-woman elimination tag at The MECCA Challenge II, where if they won they would get full control of the ladies' division, but would have to split up if they lost. It came down to Letty and Shadow, with Letty pinning her rival to win the match.
She continued to hang out with Nykk, who seemed gun shy even though it was clear both wanted to move their relationship to the next level. Trent Acid took this to mean that he was free to approach Lisa, and began flirting with her, even though she had no interest. Nykk took exception to Acid's continued harassment and a brawl erupted between them backstage. A feud erupted between them, and Lisa signed on to be the guest referee in their match at Liberty or Death. Acid tried to use a steel pipe to his advantage, only to have Letty take it away. When Acid then kissed her, Lisa tried to hit him with the pipe but ended up nailing Nykk by mistake. As referee, she was forced to make a three count and award the match to Acid. Nykk finally decided to ask her out on a date, but on the next Go Time he was approached by his fellow co-owner Katie Piehl. She reminded Nykk of the anti-nepotism clause he signed when MECCA started, stating that he could not date anyone under him or he could lose his ownership. Nykk tried to find a loophole, but to no avail. He had a decision to make, and decided to announce it on August 16 on the David Caldwell Project talk segment. He brought Lisa out with him, but was interrupted by Acid before he could make his decision. He once again propositioned Lisa, which caused Nykk to attack him, ending the show in mayhem. After his match on the next Go Time, Nykk called Lisa out to the ring. When he seemed to be about to choose her over his ownership of MECCA, Lisa stopped him, stating that she realized that this company was his life, and she couldn't stand in the way of that. Taking the decision away from him, she broke it off with him before fleeing the ring in tears. But during Nykk and Acid's Pipe on a Pole match at Summertime Showdown, Lisa came out as Nykk was entangled in the ropes and helpless as he was brutalized by Acid. Lisa pled with Acid to stop hurting him, and the distraction allowed Nykk to break free and take Acid out with the pipe. After winning the match, she apologized for getting involved, but Nykk stopped her, stating that he loved her and giving up his share of the company was a small price to pay for that love. She accepted his embrace, and they shared a kiss in the ring. On the next Go Time, Katie Piehl stated that Nykk had found a buyer for his share of MECCA. On the same night, Ronin Fox and Cynric defended their MECCA Tag Team Championship against Nykk and Joey Sprinklers, who had Lisa in their corner. Nykk and Joey came up short, but a brawl erupted after the match where Fox ended up accidentally whacking Lisa in the back of the head with a metal trash masher, rendering her unconscious and immobile. Lisa came to as EMTs attended her, but said she couldn't feel anything below her neck. The next week, Nykk announced that Lisa would be out indefinitely, and he was taking a hiatus to care for her.
Lisa made her return after Fox won his Steel Cage encounter with Nykk at No Regrets on November 25. She came up from a hole in the mat and nailed Fox with a trash masher, getting her revenge. But her issues were only beginning as Nykk had sold his shares of the company to David Caldwell, who was using his co-ownership to attempt to transform MECCA into David Caldwell Sports Entertainment. One of his new initiatives was the Bikini Quest, a cheap takeoff of the Diva Search where the contestants would be asked to do demeaning and stupid tricks for fan votes. As a respectable lady wrestler, Lisa wanted nothing to do with it, but Caldwell forced her hand when he cited her contract and stated she would be a contestant if she lost to David Caldwell Project member Zoe Alexander on December 6. Zoe won the match, and Lisa had to enter the contest as a late contestant. But she balked when Caldwell revealed that the task the contestants were to perform was to take their tops off and expose themselves for the fans' pleasure. The segment was stopped when that week's unwitting judge, Alan Mayse got into it with Caldwell's bouncer Kishi Fatu, leading to a brawl where Nykk came down and punched Caldwell in the face when he put his hands on Lisa. Zoe Alexander would go on to win the Bikini Quest, to no one's surprise, at New Year's Knockout, but Lisa interrupted her celebration and beat her in an impromptu match.
In early 2007, a double elimination tournament called the Women's World Cup was announced, and Lisa entered as a USA representative. She took on Ireland's Rebecca Knox in the first round of the upper brackets, but lost when Knox faked an injury, only to attack Lisa as she showed her sportsmanship by helping her out of the ring. Lisa was injured herself, but returned in time for her Four Corners match in the lower brackets on February 21, and won to stave off elimination. She faced LuFisto and Zoe Alexander in a Triangle match the next week to once again avoid elimination, but was finally put out of the tournament in the next round by fellow American Daizee Haze. As The MECCA Challenge III approached and the feud between MECCA and the David Caldwell Project came to a head, Katie Piehl had Nykk captain a team for an Ultimate MECCA Challenge match for control of the company. However, Caldwell revealed a clause in Nykk's contract that prohibited him from competing in the match. Nykk, Lisa and Katie put their heads together and found a loophole, working out a deal where Nykk would gain Katie's ownership for one night only, which would allow him to compete in the match. Nykk's team ultimately won the Ultimate MECCA Challenge, with Nykk nearly crippling Caldwell afterward and gaining full control of MECCA. He sent Katie, the Pyro Twins, and his teammates for the night out to celebrate, leaving himself and Lisa in charge. After the main event for the World Title between Ronin Fox and Eddie Crowe, Lisa would come out as Fox continued his assault on Eddie. They confronted one another but then embraced, causing an angry Nykk to march to the ring. But it was a ruse, as Nykk embraced them both as they laid waste to Eddie and anyone who tried to help him.
House of Lords
On the next Go Time, Nykk revealed that this was the plan ever since Lisa came back. As revenge for the choice Katie forced him to make, he would gain ownership of MECCA and he was not going to let go with it now that he had it. He declared their new alliance The House of Lords, and added Fox's brother Cynric to their ranks. Huh and Joey Sprinklers would join soon after, and Lisa received a shot at the Ladies' Title for New Dawn, defeating Kelly Schweickart for the belt with help from Cynric. Fox would go on to become the World Champion, while The Pyro Twins joined and won the tag belts at Punked Out and Cynric won the Toughman Championship, giving them control of all of MECCA's titles. Shadow would also join after working out her differences with Lisa, who now had backup for her championship reign. She hosted a battle royale for a title shot at Liberty or Death, which was won by Daizee Haze. Letty beat her at Summertime Showdown, but got enough of a scare that she denied Haze a rematch. In September, she walked into her locker room to find Delirious spewing his usual gibberish, which greatly upset her and Nykk. Nykk booked a match with himself and Lisa against Delirious and a partner for At Your Own Risk, where if Delirious lost he would be fired. Katie Piehl, who the board of directors had appointed as a new authority figure to counter Nykk, intervened and added the stipulation that if Delirious and his partner won, they would receive a guaranteed title shot of their choice. At the event, Delirious introduced a female version of himself named Shelirious as his partner. They won the match, and Shelirious spoke on the microphone after the match, revealing herself to be Daizee Haze under a mask. She demanded her title shot immediately, and defeated Lisa to become the new champion.
Lisa would fail to win the title back in a rematch, but helped Shadow defeat Shelirious the next month at Scared Stiff to bring the belt back to the House of Lords. Their good time was marred on the next Go Time by the MECCA debut of Naomi Leach, who immediately went after Shadow and the Ladies' Title. With the war between the House of Lords and the MECCA loyalists coming to a head, a Best of Five series for control of the company was proposed for End of the Line in December. Lisa would team with the Pyro Twins to take on Daizee Haze and The Briscoes in a match where men could fight women as long as it was outside the ring. Lisa and the Pyro Twins won the match, but the House of Lords would ultimately lose the series. On the next Go Time, Nykk fired half of the House of Lords' members, but kept his girlfriend Lisa and the Ladies' Champion Shadow. But Shadow grew more desperate to hold onto the title, taking count-out and disqualification losses, and Katie Piehl was eventually forced to strip her of the title. To crown the new champion, she came up with a Four Corners tag match for The MECCA Challenge IV, where teams would be randomly chosen. The winning team would then go on to wrestle for the vacant title at New Dawn. Lisa drew Naomi Leach as her partner, and they would go on to win the match. They met at New Dawn, but Lisa was defeated by Leach.
Retirement and Other Appearances
After an unsanctioned fight took place between Katie Piehl and Shadow at Summertime Showdown, the two developed a grudging respect, which did not sit well with the House of Lords. After being passed over for a title shot in the fall, Lisa would attack Katie in the ring with Shadow at her side. But Shadow refused to join in and left the arena. Nykk called her out on it the next week, and Shadow responded by quitting the House of Lords. Lisa attempted to attack her, but was repelled, but when the rest of the House of Lords got involved, Eddie Crowe made the save. Katie appreciated the loyalty that Shadow had shown. At Scared Stiff, Lisa called out Shadow, who attacked immediately. On the next Go Time, Lisa challenged her to a career-ending match at No Regrets. Shadow accepted the challenge, and they met in the first women's match in MECCA history to headline a pay-per-view. Shadow pinned Lisa, and showed her respect after the match. But she was confronted by Sassy Stephie, who was starting to break out in the ladies' division. Stephie attacked her, but Lisa made the save and then shook hands with Shadow, parting on good terms.
Letty retired from in-ring competition, but made sporadic appearances afterward. She accompanied Nykk to the ring in July 2009 when he faced Takeshi Morishima, countering the interference of his manager Dave Prazak. She also appeared on the countdown show for The MECCA Challenge VI, filling in to team with Shadow, Daizee Haze and Coquette to defeat Nevaeh, Nikki Chandler, Zoe Alexander and Sassy Stephie. She would eventually return as an announcer for the company, mainly filling in for Nykk on pay-per-views in a color commentary role when he was too busy with his managerial duties.
