So you want to know about the chemtrails eh? Okay, I´ll tell you.
They are not chemicals in the strictest sense of the word. Rather, they are the benign portion of a two-part viral strain that has been spread across the entier US.
When, or if there is an insurrection or any attempt to take over the government, the reactant or more severe part of the virus will be released via the same means.
Thus, when inhaled the recombitant virus will mutate the once benign strain into a rapidly growing cancer which will spread from the lungs. Certain microbiologists caught wind of this and had to be dealt with.

The problems began when they used a form of mercury vapor as a preservative for the virus. People were having severe respiratory reactions to the mercury, and long term bronchitis-like symptoms were the result.
These will not go away unless the person undergoes chelation therapy with DMSO or something similar like EDTA.
Afterward, aluminum salts were used with a safer result. The microbiologists found that the strain (which was cultured on chicken embryo´s) was interacting with the DNA of the people who ingested it. When they sounded the alarm, they were gradually eliinated.

There has been an upsurge in spraying over the past several weeks and it will continue to increase for the next several months.
In the near future the gov will begin the end game with respect to what some term as the New World Order, as it has already been decided that there will be no presidential election in 2008.
This will surely cause high anxiety amongst the masses, and with the arming of civilians since the lifting of the AWB, they have the fallback plan of releasing the catalyst of the virus.
It is impossible to disarm the public at this statge. Look for expanded spraying, in many cases late at night. Since the early days when the components were practically granulated there has been many changes to the formula so that at this point it is like a fine mist.
However, that being the case it is more at the mercy of the prevailing winds than ever before.

The spraying is a deterrent to stave off insurrection and any attacks on government.
If for example, an armed force were to head for DC from the midwest, a simple spray of the catalyst directly over the force will incapacitate it before it reaches its objective.
As long as the catalyst is not used, the benign element remains benign. Only the highest reaches of the gov are part of the plan, as was demonstrated on 9/11 when everyome under the veep was essentially left in the open. Look to the sky If I´m wrong the evidence will be quite clear (pardon the pun)

This is not the first time the gov has attempted to inject the populace with benign strains.
Back in the fifties during the alleged polio scare (it was really bacterial meningitis) a "miracle vaccine" was announced.
The Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV) was given to every kid throughout the decade, but suddenly more and more started dying.
The gov did not stop giving the OPV, they simply re-defined what polio was. Viola! The miracle vaccine was back on track. Now here´s the rub.
The OPV was cultured on the kidney´s of Rhesus monkeys which were infected (or injected) with a virus labelled SV40.
Modern day researchers have identified the mutated SV40 virus in 60% of all cancerous tumors of people today, who were given the OPV during that time
