News 1/10/01: Thread Whirling attachments will soon be available for the SR-20R, SV-12, SV-20, and SV-32. Stay tuned for developments regarding price, delivery, installation, and programming for the various models.

News 1/20/02: The SA model has been updated! It now includes as an option a sub-spindle capable of single-point threading. It also includes as an option 3 power tools with up to 7500 RPM, which are capable of rigid tapping. Also, this model is now standard as an SA-16 with synchronous revolving guide bushing. SA-12's are available by special order.

News 1/25/01: Soon to be introduced into the American market is the all new SI series machine. This is a machine dedicated to extremely high production and fast cycle times. This machine will be a serious contender for the high production of relatively simple parts, by its ability to easily reproduce the cycle time of a Swiss-Type cam machine, while realizing the precision of a CNC. The innovation of Star is once again shown in the technology that makes this type of efficiency possible.
