Pokemon Stadium

Pokemon Stadium is a nintendo 64 game based on the second japanese pokemon stadium. Pokemon Stadium can transfer your pokemon from your gameboy to you n64 gamepak. They use a special transfer pak, sort of like the rumble pak that inserts into the back of your controller, which has another place to put your game in. Pokemon stadium is basically a fighting game, but has other mini games in it. With pokemon stadium you can see your old pokemon in a whole new life! The 3-d and awesome color really makes pokemon come to life.

Info from Nintendo.com

On top of the visual treat of watching your Pokémon duke it out on the big screen, Pokémon Stadium will also contain a variety of mini-games starring all types of Pokémon. It's currently unclear exactly how these miniature challenges will relate to the organized Pokémon battles, but any time you get four Clefairies together you're bound to have fun!

There is a couple of bad things about Pokémon Stadium, First on is that you don't exactly fight around the arena. You stay in one spot and will always remain in that spot. Another thing is that you won't cross the line. Say you use mega punch, it shoots a something other than punching. SO those are pretty annoying and could be improved, but the creaters have patched it up by allowing each of the 151 Pokémon can be displayed in Pokémon Stadium, even if you decide not to transfer data from your Game Boy Color Pokémon games. Also you can play your Pokémon Game Boy game in Pokémon Stadium. Pokémon Stadium will allow up to four players to compete in a grueling Pokémon tournament, designed to reveal which of your friends is the best Pokémon Trainer.
